I was aware of "User Centered Design" but this was new to me.
It involves extensive collaboration, using strategies such as mapping customer journeys, concept creation, and prototyping. Naturally, medical devices have a direct impact on the patient and because of this they must provide an intuitive user experience that is both considering and understanding of the user.
