Elements such as <header>, <footer> and <article> are all considered semantic because they accurately describe the purpose of the element and the type of content that is inside them. Semantic sectioning elements are specifically designed to communicate structural meaning to browsers and other technologies interpreting the document on behalf of users, such as screen readers and voice assistants. This is both semantic and presentational because people know what paragraphs are, and browsers know how to display them.

I want to share that demo and do my best to explain why I chose to structure the page as I have.
